Bottled Water Sponsorship: $2,000 SOLD OUTQuench the thirst of all attendees with 600 bottles of 12 oz water at the event, including custom printed labels showcasing your brand. One bottle will be placed in each gift bag and extra bottles will be available at the event’s refreshment areas.
Name Badge Sponsorship: $1,000 SOLD OUTVinyl clip-on pouches with insert printed with your company logo. Name tags will be worn by all attendees – so get front and center exposure for your company with this exclusive opportunity.
Flash Drive Sponsorship: $3,500250 – 512mb thumb drives, custom printed with your company’s logo. Keep your company name fresh on everyone’s mind as they re-use this flash drive throughout the year. These will be inserted into the registration/gift bags.
Cocktail Napkins: $1,500White beverage napkins featuring your company name and/or logo displayed and handed out with each drink at the event. Will include signage at the bar to recognize your support.
Hors d'œuvre Napkins: $1,500White luncheon napkins featuring your company name and/or logo available with passed appetizers and at the table featuring the hor d’oeuvres. This opportunity also includes signage at the table recognizing your support.
Shoe Shine Station: $2,500Signage recognizing your company, as well as a give-away of a travel shoe shine kit with your company logo, will be featured at a shoe shine station during the registration and reception portion of the event.
Latte Bar: $2,500Everyone loves a latte! This station will include coffee and lattes in to-go cups with a cardboard sleeve featuring your company brand. Signage at the station will recognize your support.
Registration/Gift Bag InsertionsUnique opportunity for you to supply your own give-away to be inserted into the gift bags. 250 items must be delivered to the GBCA 5 days prior to the event for insertion. All items must be approved by GBCA before opportunity will be offered.
