The Construction Excellence Awards (CEA) are open to General Building Contractors Association (GBCA) members in good standing only.  For a list of GBCA members, click here.

General Contractors (GBCA Active Members) can submit entries in all awards categories, with the exception of the Best Specialty Contractor category.

Subcontractors/Specialty Contractors (GBCA Associate Members) can submit entries in the following categories: Excellence in Craftsmanship, Best Specialty Contractor, Safety Excellence, and Commitment to Diversity.

Architects wishing to submit projects for consideration in the CEA program must do so through the GBCA contractor on that project.

All projects must be located in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, or Eastern Maryland, and must be substantially completed between January 1, 2006 and April 1, 2008.
